We are proud to offer you a team of instructors of high calibre, considered some of the top coaches in Quebec.
Our specialists have expertise in all aspects of the game and have many years of experience on a provincial, national and international level not only in woman’s fastpitch but the men’s category as well.
Our team of instructors remains relatively constant from year to year but we’re also adding new faces every year. The final composition of our instructing staff is finalised the month before the camp.

Normand COTNOIR
Operations Director and General Instructor
History :
– Regional Coach since 2000
– Manager of the Quebec Senior Women’s team in 2004
– Assistant coach of the Quebec Junior Women’s Team in 2007 and since 2012
– Coached in 2 Eastern Canadian Championships
– Coached 12 Canadian Championships
– Organiser of multiple championships since 1999

– As regional president, elected region of the year in 2002 and 2004
– Nominated Volunteer of the Year in 2003
– Volunteer of the year in 2005
Mario GUAY
Pitching and Hitting Specialist
History :
– Player at an elite level in Quebec from 1968 to 1997
– Training Instructor Level 1, 2 and 3 National
– Instructor at an elite level in Quebec and Canada for men’s/women’s junior and senior Quebec Midget Championships Canadian 1992, ’93, ’95 and ’97-2007
– Pitching coach for the Quebec Florida program from 2007 to 2009
– Pitching and batting coach for the “Softball Challenge” Program France/Quebec from 2005 to 2008
– Responsible for pitching excellence level for women’s teams in Softball Quebec since 2007
– 16 Canadian Championships
Honours :
– Named Player of the year 3 times at the regional level
– Elected pitcher of the year 6 times at regional, provincial and in many tournaments
– Named coach of the year in Quebec in 1992 and 2005
Raynald GUAY
Fast Pitching Specialist
History :
– 5 Canadian Championships – Invited to Youth Team Canada training camp – 3 years thrower in a show called the 4 AS (4 players against 9) – Canada Game Coach 1997 – Coach for Quebec / Florida since 2007 – Coach for the “softball challenge” program France/Quebec (France) – 2008

Daniel JOLY
Catching and Base running Specialist

– Player from 1975 to 1994 (baseball, fastpitch, slowpitch, and orthodox)
– Coach since 1982

– Coach for the Quebec/Florida program (2005-present)
– Coach for high school Sport Etude (advanced sports) at George Vanier Laval (2004-06)
