The Florida Training Camp that takes place during the March Break is one of the most amazing activities of the Excellence Program

The camp mixes girls from all categories and level and is not only offered to athletes of the Excellence Program. The camp is open to all and is adapted to meet this. The camp ensures that there is one trainer for every 4 or 5 girls.

The best trainers in Quebec accompany the athletes during the camp who are backed up by qualified assistants who are specially selected. Between the sun, beach, different fun activities, relaxation, shopping, the girls will have a schedule of intense training.

Depending on the group of athletes, games will be organised against teams that reside in Florida and they will have camps held with American universities to help them perfect their technique. The training facilities are phenomenal and other surprises are waiting for you!
